Local SEO Case Study
How Local SEO Helped a Non-Profit Build Multi-City Presence and Consistent Lead Flow
From Zero Visibility to 4 to 8 Daily Organic Leads
Kazim ADHD Trust is a non-profit organization devoted to ADHD awareness, diagnosis, and therapy. While their work was respected in the healthcare space, their website told a very different story. For families searching online for ADHD support in Pakistan, the trust might as well have been invisible.

Multiple Pakistani Cities
Platform
kazimadhdtrust.org (single domain with service + location structure)
The website mentioned only two or three services, even though they offered a much wider range. There was no attempt to target different cities where they operated. And because of that, the trust had no way to appear when parents searched “ADHD diagnosis in Lahore” or “ADHD therapy near me.” The only leads trickling in came through paid social ads, which disappeared the moment the ad budget stopped.
It was clear what they needed: a content strategy that reflected the full scope of their services, a structure that made them discoverable in multiple cities, and a technically sound site that Google could actually index. Most importantly, they needed a sustainable way to generate organic leads without being tied to ads.
I Initially Started With an SEO Audit
When I first audited the site, the SEO foundation was almost nonexistent. They had just 15 pages indexed, with only four keywords ranking in Google, and all of them were branded terms like their own name. Organic traffic was literally zero. No location-based service pages existed. Metadata was weak, headings weren’t optimized, and there was no schema markup to help Google understand the content. Even more concerning, the site carried duplicate content issues, weak internal linking, and no blog content to build authority around ADHD.
In short, the trust had valuable services, but online, it was invisible.
The Local SEO Strategy Breakdown For the Healthcare Niche
The turnaround began with a clear plan: expand, localize, and optimize.
First, we rebuilt the service offering online. Instead of just three generic service listings, we developed a full portfolio of dedicated service pages. Each one was written to not only explain the service in detail but to answer the real questions families ask when they’re considering therapy. We added FAQs, structured the content around their intent, and placed clear calls-to-action so visitors could easily book or inquire.
The next step was localization. ADHD services are deeply tied to proximity; families want support in their own city. To capture this, we created location-specific landing pages such as “ADHD Diagnosis in Lahore” and “ADHD Therapy in Karachi.” Each page was tailored with city-based keywords, local schema markup, and an embedded map so both users and Google could understand the trust’s presence in that area.
Technical SEO came next. We cleaned up duplicate content, submitted a fresh XML sitemap, and improved site speed and crawlability. This made the site not just more discoverable for Google, but also faster and more user-friendly for visitors.
Finally, we layered on an ongoing content strategy. Through blog posts covering ADHD awareness, therapy approaches, and community resources, we positioned Kazim ADHD Trust as a credible voice in the healthcare space. This wasn’t just about keywords; it was about building trust and answering the exact questions families had.

Why This Matters for Local Non-Profits
For many non-profits, the assumption is that SEO is only relevant for big brands or e-commerce. But this case study proves otherwise. Local SEO, when applied strategically, can be just as transformative for organizations that depend on community reach and trust.
Kazim ADHD Trust went from being invisible online to becoming the go-to ADHD resource across multiple Pakistani cities. And they did it without pouring more money into ads.
The difference wasn’t luck. It was a strategy, building the right service pages, aligning them with local intent, fixing the technical gaps, and consistently publishing content that reflected both expertise and compassion.
If your organization feels invisible online, the lesson is simple: people are already searching for you. The question is whether your website is ready to be found.
